Happy New Year from the College of Westcheter!

Whether your personal goals for 2013 are related to money, health, family, or any of the areas of our lives we resolve to focus on at the start of the new year. Unfortunately, many of us have thrown in the towel by February.

  • Choose one goal instead of many
  • Put it in writing
  • Break it into smaller, measurable steps.
