BUS370 is 3 credit hours. It will examine the core competencies of Project Management as defined by Project Management Istitute (PMI). There will be an emphasis on PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge). You will be applying the elements of PMBOK to projects, and you will employ them during the course of a logical project life cycle.
