Operations Management is a course being offered for the following semesters:

It is 3 credit hours.  Students become familiarized with problems encountered by the operating management of a business enterprise and the methods used to analyze and solve the problems. These problems will include:

  • forecasting
  • productivity
  • quality management
  • inventory management
  • capacity planning
  • scheduling
  • production planning
  • product management
